						Point of Sale

	The top section of the Point of Sale main page displays all the pertinent data about the customer including a picture.  Data includes name, address, phone, age, current sport, emergency contact data, and membership data.  The middle section of the main page displays past data and the current transaction.  The bottem of the screen shows the function key information, current register, cashier name, number of customers using the facility, and date/time. The main actions of the Point of Sale Systems include the following : * Process Sales Transactions * Add and Edit Customers * Run X-Z Reports * Discount Sales * Process membership and Employee pricing The Point of Sale System is designed for quick, easy transaction processing.  All pricing, and item related data is set up through the Management tool.  Any time a membership item is purchased a customer is tagged as a member until a said expiration date.  The Point of Sale application will then price accordingly for memberships.  The cashier does not need to worry about monitoring prices and discounting based on memberships .
